Day starts around: Normally at 9 a.m.

That First thing in the day: Guzzle down a bottle of water and meditation

Tips for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner: I believe in the old philosophy. Eat like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper 🙂

Anxiously wait for: Sunset. I have always loved the energy around that time. It’s a moment to reflect on the hustle bustle of the morning and gear up for the chill of the evening time.

Feel lazy to: Talk. I need peace and quiet first thing in the morning.

While travelling you:

Tring Tring… For sure telephonic calls:  My father, Raqesh and the person I am going to meet on the other side!

Daily Workout regime: I workout every day and believe you can really eat whatever the hell u want to if you exercise daily! Seriously!!!

Mantra for being fit: No to white/fried or oily food. Control on sweet cravings and fill your plate with vibrant colors.

Activity to unwind from stress: Movies, reading and writing

Day ends with: Always a prayer of gratitude. That’s actually how I put myself to sleep. It’s better than counting sheep!
